Transparent academic research should provide the public with the data used to arrive at its conclusions. I am happy to share data where possible in order to make my research more transparent. There are limits to this of course where, in the case of qualitative data, confidentiality is agreed with my informants.

List of Documents of Digital Constitutionalism (2017)

The dataset contains 32 documents of digital constitutionalism. We compiled basic information for each (name, actor name, URL, year, nature of document, status of document, nature of the actor, nature of the process, scope of the document). In addition, we coded the occurrence of 42 rights and principles (in six categories) in the documents including their location.

A dataset containing e-services in the Republic of Georgia in early 2015 including following information for each service: name, initiating organization, a description, links and a coding into "citizen-serving", "citizen-informing", and "citizen-empowering".
